Etonitazepyne, an opioid analgesic of the Benzimidazole class, is a type of etonitazene analogue. Etonitazepyne has a high opioid potency and is approximately 20 times that of morphine. Etonitazepyne has similar effects to fentanyl, acts as an excellent analgesic, causes ephoria, sedation, drowsiness. At high dosages, respiratory depression and vomiting are possible.
