25B-NBOH or 2C-B-NBOH (NBOH-2C-B) is a new designer psychedelic drug of phenethylamine class, developed as an analogue and substitute for 25B-NBOMe. 25B-NBOH can distort the consciousness and it also has a stimulating effect but shorter duration of action.
25B-NBOH belongs to the 2C-B chain family of psychodelics.

The chemical structure of 25B-NBOH is similar to 2C-B, more specifically it is a serotoninergic N-benzyl derivative of the psychedelic and differs 25B-NBOH from 2C-B by replacing the NH2 amine with a 2-hydroxybenzyl, BOH group. The drug is a potent agonist for the 5-HT2A receptor, or more precisely it is the most selective agonist ligand for the 5-HT2A receptor (nM[6]It has a pKi of 0.061 nM).
25B-NBOH has legal status in many EU and other countries, but is banned for sale in Brazil, Switzerland, Germany, USA, Sweden.
